Paddington Central – Nuffield Health & Fitness Centre; Phase 1

Dawn Build were commissioned to fit out a 30,000ft² space with leisure facilities including;

  • Swimming pool
  • Gymnasium
  • Sauna
  • Weights area
  • Bar and Relaxation space
  • Entrance gallery
  • Changing facilities
  • Circulation areas

Managed by Mace, the works commenced in May and were completed in November 2003.

Works included;
1200m² bison beam and block screeded floors supported on blockwork sleeper walls. The construction of a shallow reinforced waterproof concrete swimming pool 8m x 20m long. Building of all blockwork walls and plastering to new and existing surfaces including lift shaft, structural steel mezzanine gallery and plant areas.
