Dawnbuild embarked on a project to build six, five-bedroomed houses in the style of James Nichols, famous ‘Fulham Lion Houses’. The architectural heritage of the Nichols houses was fully acknowledged, and where suitable mouldings, fireplaces etc. could not be sourced the Dawn Build team made bespoke items on site.

Instead of the restricted 19th Century layout the modern interpretations are “light, airy and are wired with the sort of technology that would have delighted the inventive Victorians”.
